Our guide provided detailed information about the vineyard's rich history and the growth of wine in the Canary Islands. We highly recommend anyone who loves wine, wine tasting, beautiful scenic views of El Teide and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as a salsa workshop with wine vinegar to visit Bodega Monje. There is so much history in this one area, and if you do not want to take part in any tours or tastings, they have a restaurant with an amazing view of the coast to enjoy some food and wine.
