“We met a very nice and friendly man! He explained everything we needed to know when we met. We had a great time with the bikes which were in perfect order. The only negative was that when he came to deliver and pick up the bikes, he came about fifteen to thirty minutes earlier than the time we agreed on, so we ended up rushing our breakfast to meet him.”

“Can't rate the experience really as there wasn't one. Viator let 4 of us book bikes and pay for them only for no bikes to be available so we were left waiting for an update that never came. Had to contact them in the end to be told to contact the provider directly who then told us there was no bikes available and no record of the 4 of us booking. Surely there should be a way of not allowing a booking if there's no availability? Still awaiting refund.”

“Perfect service! The bike was delivered to the apartment at the time I chose, as was the pick-up. I rented it for a week and needed assistance once due to a shifting error I made, which caused my chain to come off. They were with me within 10 minutes, and 5 minutes later I was back on my way. Highly recommended if you want to cycle on the island!”
